CHECK OUT RULES

Dishwasher

Load dishwasher with any dirty dishes accumulated during the stay. Add detergent that is found under the kitchen sink and turn on to wash.

Sheets & Towels

Place used towels inside laundry basket located in the laundry room. Remove sheets from beds that were used and bundle up on the end of each bed.

Trash

Remove all remaining trash from receptacles and place into large black trash bags. Place these inside the big green trash can outdoors. Please secure lid.

Lights

Ensure all lights are turned off prior to leave the property

Air Conditioning

Set both thermostats (upstairs & downstairs) to 74 degrees

Doors

Ensure all doors are locked prior to departure and exit using the side pool facing door by entering the combination number
